Harrington Mills Studios (HMS) was established in 2007 by Jackie Berridge and provides '18 "wet & dirty" affordable spaces for artists to develop their practice in a creative environment'.  The artists range from recent graduates to experienced artists and includes sculptors, painters, photographers and video artists. There is also an exhibition area of 20 linear metres where artists can showcase work. Viewing  is by appointment.

HMS is on the 1st floor of Harrington Mill, which is next to the Erewash canal, close to junction 25 of the M1. It lies within the Long Eaton conservation area. It is only accessible by staircase.
